Simbi Wabote

Engr. (Dr.) Simbi Kesiye Wabote is a seasoned engineer and energy policy leader with more than 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. His career includes key executive roles at Shell and, most recently, a transformative tenure as Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB). In both the private and public sectors, he has focused on building institutional capacity, strengthening local industry participation, and driving sustainable development through policy and infrastructure.
